I am an orthopedic manual therapist and have been in the medical/ health and wellness field for nearly 30 years I have a private practice here in Albuquerque. I have been doing pilaties a long time but never like this. Over the past 6 years I have had several sever injuries and one emergency surgery that left a ton of damage to the fascia and tissues in the medial side of my left groin all the way down my inner thigh, left knee, and into my foot. Two years ago I developed plantar fasciitis in both my feet as well as heel spurs in both heels. She has deep knowledge of correct form and broad training in movement that she incorporates into my sessions.
